Typical Application

It can be used for production process control of production line such as material sorting , workpiece identification ,mixed flow production. The tag usually mounted on trays and containers and fixed by screws.They can store information such as material information,workpiece coding,and processing technology.The readers collect the information in the date carriers and provide it to the background processing,thereby realizing the production process control such as material sorting,workpiece identification,and mixed flow production.

Forms of Application

When used for material sorting, the tag can be installed in containers such as pallets, skids, totes, etc. to bind with the material information in the container. When passing through the sorting channel, the reader recognizes the internal information of the tag to realize the sorting of materials.

When used in material processing or assembly line, the tag can be installed on the pallet, skid or material itself, and the relevant assembly and processing technology of the material is written into the tag. After the materials enter each processing node, the reader reads the the information of the processing methods and process requirements to achieve personalized processing, thereby creating an efficient flexible product line.
