SG-HR-S1 reader can be easily connected to the control system (PLC, industrial control, etc.), through to the product or trays placed on RFID tag identification, passing the information to the control system, and control system can be issued in the production of information written to the tag, the realization of mixed flow production, production rhythm control and assembly process control, production process management.

²  Automatic vertical storage

SG-HR-S1 readers can easily dock with the third-party system, identify the tags placed by the outgoing and incoming items (or pallets) through RFID, and transmit the information to the control system, so as to complete thewarehousing registration, on-shelf, along-shelf and outgoing release.Thus greatly improve the efficiency of goods in and out of storage, effectively reduce labor costs, and realize the rationalization of goods classification and intelligentdelivery.

SG-HR-S1 reader recognizes RFID tags placed on items (pallets and containers) at the sorting point by docking with PLC, and accomplishes automatic sorting with the sorting equipment.It can replace barcode sorting, reduce manual operation and labor intensity.The reliability of the sorting equipment is improved, the sorting process is simplified, and the sorting operation efficiency is improved.
